My 8 and 10-year old kids love it.

I used soccer balls for U5-U10 for my kids. It can actually hold #3, #4 and #5 balls as described in the product details.

Great fun and worth getting
Got this for a gift for a 10 year old nephew who loves soccer. He loves it and we even played together with him having it attached to his leg and me trying to kick the ball before it come back to him...making him laugh every time I missed it (which was a lot). Look like a dork, but a dork that's having a lot of fun
I'm in my 20s. I look like a dork using this but it's a blast and a great substitute if you don't have friends... available at the moment. I don't play competitively, but I still pack a hard kick and with light use over the last year it shows little sign of wear. For the price, Soccer Trainer Pro is awesome.

Bought this for my 8 year to practice with in our back yard without it flying over the fence every 5 minutes. He works on juggling, juke moves, passing, throw ins- you name it.
